- 1991 UP Corporation Private Limited Company is established at 5-11 Higashi Oh-i, Shinagawa ward, Tokyo.
- 1998 UP Corporation Private Limited Company is changed into UP corporation (capital stock ￥10,000,000) and relocate the office to 1-1-29 Sasanodai, Asahi ward, Yokohama city, Kanagawa.
- 1999 The web site is established and start to sell online.
- 2000 "Water Purifier Specialty Store, Johsui.com", a sister web site is established.
- 2001 Construction and maintainance system is provided through Japan.
